1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

3.2 Accuracy of Information

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your jljl14 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus balance and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

jljl14 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Your receiving payment provider may apply independent fees or charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jljl14 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by specific terms stated per individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough") that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated per offer.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, jljl14 will review the affected round using server-side logs. jljl14 reserves the right to void game rounds affected by a proven malfunction and to refund the wager amount. Winnings resulting from a technical malfunction that demonstrably altered the game outcome may be voided. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Disconnections

jljl14 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection on the player's side. Game rounds initiated before a disconnection will be resolved by the game server according to its programmed logic, and the result will be recorded upon reconnection.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljl14 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one jljl14 account;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Accessing jljl14 using another person's account or credentials;

9 Account Suspension & Closure

jljl14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• A direction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• The player initiating a self-exclusion request through jljl14's responsible gaming tools;
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12 months may be archived).

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not suspended for cause), any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

2. PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved through internal channels, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
3. Judicial Proceedings: Should the dispute remain unresolved after PAGCOR involvement, either party may seek relief from the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. jljl14 consents to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for this purpose.
